Paul Kuzis is the Managing Partner of Murdoch Clarke Lawyers and has been a commercial partner of Murdoch Clarke since July 1992. Paul was a member of the committee which operated the Murdoch Clarke Contributory Mortgage Fund from July 1992 until it transitioned to the Murdoch Clarke Mortgage Fund in 2000.

Paul was a member of the Management Committee of the Murdoch Clarke Mortgage Fund from 2000 until June 2006 while the Responsible Entity of the Murdoch Clarke Mortgage Fund was Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees Limited. Since 1 July 2006, Paul has been the director of Murdoch Clarke Mortgage Management Limited with primary responsibility for statutory compliance, and a member of the Management Committee of the Murdoch Clarke Mortgage Fund.
