Want to withdraw?

If you’d like to withdraw funds from your MCMF investment account, we have a simple process to make withdrawals as smooth as possible.

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to withdraw all or part of your investment in the Murdoch Clarke Mortgage Fund. That's why we make it easy for you to request withdrawals subject to the liquidity requirements outlined in our Product Disclosure Statement.

To get started, all you need to do is complete and sign an Application for Withdrawal and deliver to us or send it to us via email. If MCMF acts on your application to withdraw – please keep in mind that by doing so, you agree that MCMF cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences that may arise from your request*. If you want to withdraw $250,000 or more then we will require an original signed Application for Withdrawal.

Don't forget to include your investor account number within all withdrawal requests.

* Investors who request a withdrawal will generally receive their funds within seven days; however, there are some instances where this may not be the case – read more on pages 7 and 30 of our Product Disclosure Statement
